FYI, it is in the agreement that a bare minimum percentage of all funds sent through actblue gets repurposed to Democratic elections and reelections.

That's a minimum. There's not actual requirement to show where they spend their money once you send it through actblue's service.

Why do we know this? The hundreds of millions or even billions collected for BLM through ActBlue.
