Where the hell would you use or sell a truck full of fuel? People aren't doing that because there's not currently a practical way to sell it on the black market or use it within a reasonable time frame.
I could see this being an issue once safe-havens and splinter communities are set up as society further degrades.

They fill up fucking plastic grocery bags with gas. They'd find a way to empty the truck, take the tires, remove the doors and leave it spray painted with gang logos long before any "law enforcement" ever would.
Seriously, in say Baltimore or Detroit suburbs ...they could DRIVE IT INTO some neighborhoods and the cops simply won't go in there to investigate. They could siphon out the gas at their leisure.

IT also depends on how rare the trucks are. Because of the shortages, the fleets are shrinking. Protected class goes out the window when you hurt the jewish bottom line.
