Being that the gene-blasted stuff is the most likely to cause longterm ill effects, and considering the first GMO was unleashed into the food supply in the mid-1990s (with still no 'smoking gun'), I'd predict it will take a lot longer than ten years...not that it matters due to the indemnity clause, plus any 'statute of limitations' would nullify civil suits.
