I still have an old CRT tv that I use for retro games. Even has a VHF/UHF switch on it.

I did as well until if finally gave out and trying to find the schematic for a Chinese Special was impossible, but I don't think you can buy them anymore.

Specialty buys. There's still a decent market for CRTs in the DIY arcade scene. But I doubt they have an antenna.

You can't see it from the outside but any "smart" TV has a wifi antenna in there somewhere.

That's not what was meant, but yes. Built-in antenna referred to the rabbit ears older sets used to have.
