Afghanistan is now considered 99.7% Muslim. As I said, it used to be buddhist.
How do you think that happened? Did they just ask nicely?
The buddihsts migrated farther east and whatever remnant they left behind got absorbed by some empire that then also died and was lost to the sands of time. I bet if you did genetic research on the population the buhddist genetics are still there.
Do you think some of them were killed?
Sure by an empire that now no longer exists. We arent going to refer to muslim as an empire because it's not a contiguous population. Those fuckers dont get along with each other either and dont have a contiguous government ruling them. Only reason they are what they are now is because the US empire absorbed them and dumped money politics into the area allowing some of their tribes to grow and eclipse others. In the long run the US empire will now collapse because of exactly what it did there and other places. If you goal is to make a stable and long lived society and culture it's pretty guaranteed trying to build an empire is the wrong way to go about just by the example that none of them have ever actually succeeded at that.
