Temporary Protected Status is not the same thing as flying them in and setting them up with free housing, free healthcare, free education and welfare/universal basic income money. TPS just makes them, on paper, not invading foreign combatants who won't be deported to Ukraine during the "conflict". It doesn't give them permanent alien status nor does it make them legal citizens of the US in any way. Apples compared to horseshoes. Nice try though...
