This is a Republic of STATES. When a super majority, ( say 40 ) of states demand impeachment of an obviously failed official, they are removed. This would offset the very wrong opinion of the liberal/communists like pelosi that the USA is a Democracy, which is why Cal. and NY. 'think' they Own America.

Politicians wouldn't be what we have today. We would get a mixture of different politicians and current politicians that manage to adapt.

Regardless, it would definitely change the game they're playing.
