There’s no requirement for patriotism, moral alignment, or generally mentally sound, as they fake in the movies, to get into the fbi. They literally recruit psychos that they deem stupid enough to follow orders without thinking, or realizing their actions have consequences, and smart enough to keep their mouth shut about raping kids.
