As someone in the white collar IT shit, I'd love the hard work and self sufficient life and being able to work hard with my hands. I know the grass is always greener, but imagining a monotonous life of building something as menial as cabinets is cathartic. I do have hobbies and home improvement projects when I have time, but it just slightly scratches the itch.
