I did a little digging and the numbers from that meme come from [this 2018 article](https://www.investmentwatchblog.com/since-2003-400-tsa-agents-have-been-arrested-for-theft-of-passenger-items-while-not-one-terrorist-has-been-caught/). The arrest total is likely a little higher but the number of terrorists caught is still zero.
