I bought a car powered tire inflator years ago along with tire plugs. Has saved me numerous times. The inflator was about $20. Tire plugs about $5.
Pro tip. Don't use the cans with goop. It turns to liquid and will cause permanent tire imbalance at about 65 miles per hour when that liquid rotates in your tire.
Also go ahead and buy a set of all the belt your car might need and save old ones as spares when they replace belts. Having those in the car when you lose a belt is worth hundreds of dollars and might save your life. And they are cheap.
Also carry a can of coolant and brake fluid and oil.
