Did Timothy kill anyone? Says he only injured 4 and the bond was 75k, not 25k. It is a unfair comparison. In Kyle's case its clear self defense though. Could of been the same for Timothy? "Footage on social media allegedly showed Simpkins getting into an altercation during class with another student that escalated to gunfire Wednesday." I wonder who the bondsman was that paid the 75k?
