I can only accurately judge the IQ of people I have actually met and know... so any names I name would not be people you know... but let me give you my perspective. I run a Software R&D department of about 20 developers. Whenever I hire I always see a diverse pool of resumes. HR makes sure of this for diversity hiring regulations... I often interview POC for positions on my team but rarely do they pass the interviews. I only have one person on my team who is black, so 1 in 20 or 5%. If my team matched national demographics that number would be around 15%. So this indicates that a POC is THREE TIMES LESS LIKELY to make it though the interview process of my team. But here is the thing... that one black person on my team? She is one of 5 team leads that I have and I consider her to be one of my best employees. She has been working for me for over 15 years and I wish I had more just like her. Is she an outlier? Yes. She is the exception to the rule. My point is this: When you make blanket statements of "All blacks are idiots" it directly contradicts the life experiences of anyone who knows at least one intelligent black person. The generalization may be valid but it is just that, a generalization, not an absolute. When you present it as an absolute and refuse to recognize the existence of the outliers, it means that your opinion will be discounted by anyone in the center of the spectrum. It colors you as a closed minded person who is not looking at the evidence. PS - I am well aware that you asked for 3 and I could only name one... but that is the crux of it.
