Take away a man's ability to feed and protect his children, you will see a man become a cornered wolf. That's not the type of man you want to be dealing with. Do this to enough of them, you will create a pack. That's much worse. Much worse for the people taking away those men's ability to do the basics of basics - it is in his instincts to protect and provide for his family. They can only take this so far before there are pushbacks. And that is not good for anyone - innocents and rational people will be pulled into this. No normal person wants bystanders to get hurt but it will happen.
