Not true, at least in the church. There is a huge growth in the traditional Latin mass (SSPX), while the attendance of the new order is dropping rapidly. Most new order Catholics I know are appalled by the "woke" edicts coming out of the Vatican, and Vatican II is being scrutinized by new order priests. A rift has formed and it's only a matter of time before a new holy war is declared.
