Public funded entities should not take a stand on political divides. Schools, gov buildings etc. ex specially for terrorist groups. Using fear as a political crowbar qualifies. Ie burning cities down all summer, demoralizing traffic with armed negroids I think qualifies for the label domestic terrorism.
