Most people have forgotten that not too long ago most semiauto rifles were banned by nationwide under the 1994 Assault Weapons Ban. AR15s are now ubiquitous with millions in private hands, but only since 2004. We won a little and changed the culture a lot.

Maintaining momentum is the key. Win what we can and keep pushing. It's gonna take a minute to undo 90 years of shit legislation.

Better than a Supreme Court mic drop, the 28th Amendment, "No gun laws!" 29 states have no permit carry; 38 needed to amend the Constitution; we only need 9 more.

It's understandably frustrating to not get everything back at once, but if you look at it this way, you understand the scope of what's involved and how important patience and continued hard work will be.

And this includes striking down all the bullshit import restrictions as well. I've got my eye on a slightly used T-72 for those lazy Sunday afternoon drives around town.
