Honest question. Why does our educational system spend so much money on "educating" retards. They will never contribute to society in a meaningful way. They are the ones that should be aborted. They are a drain on taxpayers. That money could be better spend on identifying gifted children and placing them in special programs. Instead "special" ED is for retards. Special Ed should target exceptionally brilliant White children.
