When the FBI (Faggot Buttfucking Idiots) raided Trump’s home, found “classified docs”, and then the entire establishment and media went “Reee Reee Reee all the way home” over it…

…I distinctly remember being told by the right that the President can declassify anything he wants, right?

That Trump having classified docs wasn’t actually even illegal because he, as president, is the highest authority when it comes to classification anyhow. That presumably, he had defacto declassified the shit anyhow.

I believe this to be true. If I’m incorrect, someone please speak up.

Now, we have Biden being accused of similar shit. I’m not even entirely read up on the Biden thing because IDGAF enough to really dive into it, but it seems to me that the same should apply, no?

Not that I like Biden or want to stick up for him so much..it’s that I don’t like the establishment “making up laws” as they go, and then applying principles and laws in piecemeal as they see convenient. This isn’t about Biden or Trump so much as it is about equal application of the law and the simple concept that we can’t allow these fucks in govt and the DOJ to make up bullshit or misinterpret the law as they see fit for their own nefarious purposes.

It’s like the same thing with the Russia hoax.. We kept hearing “Trump colluded with Russia” as if that means anything or as if there is a legal statute that even fucking defines “collusion” in the first place. It’s all made up bullshit.

I guess my larger point is that if we accept bullshit “charges” against Biden, then by proxy we’d be accepting the same shit against Trump.

Meanwhile, that cunt Hillary is still walking free when what she did actually WAS illegal as the Secretary of State doesn’t get to declassify a fucking thing of her own accord.

It’s not that I want Biden occupying the whitehouse, either. The motherfucker ought to be in jail, we all know that. But put him in jail for an actual crime, not a made up one that could also be used against the previous president. I’m also under no illusions that anything would change if they boot him and replace him anyhow. What, Hobama would be better?

A few things to unpack here..

Ok, so your #1 bullet point makes sense and pretty much explains the big differentiator between Trump’s situation and Biden’s. To be clear, I am correct in saying that a sitting prez can declassify whatever he wants, right? And that the whole case against Trump was bogus to begin with because of this, right?

On your #2 point…I don’t doubt this, I suppose it makes sense.. but legally, wouldn’t they have to prove that specific intent to be able make it stick? You think they have enough to prove that?

On your #3 point, why is Biden a threat to Ukrainian money laundering? I mean, he’s neck deep in it himself anyhow.

As for McCarthy, my understanding is that the freedom/MAGA caucus has the clout/power to boot him at any time and that he gave meaningful concessions in order to get their support…

That only applies if the docs were taken when he was president. Apparently he was sneaking classified docs as VP, not as president. Which, I believe, makes it an actual crime.

Yes, the President can view anything classified he wants. Bush Sr., even after his term, routinely perused classified documents. If we held all president's to the Bush standard, this is all a nothingburger.

Yes, the President can declassify anything he wants. Trump should have, but chose not to.

Either way, I couldn't tell you if he actually had classified material, or not. It's tough to trust the news. Trump is seemingly taking orders to stop being a loudmouth. Personally, I think we need a loudmouth who will spill all the beans.

We have pictures of Hunter Biden in the corvette with his niece and Claudia Buccini. He definitely had access. I bet the classified docs have something to do with natural gas and other energy data and were provided to the chinese. The money trail would prove the intent.

We already have Chinese versions of this data, in Hunters emails, which means they had to get it from the US, first.

If Bidens corruption is laid bate, they will have to shut down money laundering. The standard MO of corrupt politicians, when faced with a situation like this, is to run a 'limited hangout' where only some of the corruption is revealed, keeping the party funding intact, but giving Joe a black eye, so to speak.

I'll believe McCarthy was a good choice if politicians start landing in jail. Until then, he's just another RINO faggot.

What I’m saying is that the way I currently understand it, the MAGA caucus has him by the balls and actually has real leverage over his speakership..so if he doesn’t do what he’s supposed to, they can get rid of his ass.
