Nobody gives a shit about the leftist "celebs" that "still exist" who would move to a different platform. Nobody gives a shit about MSM never shutting up about something, which is how twitter started in the first place. So how would they ever start a new twitter? They are completely fucked. The control to political discussion have just been handed over.

Everyone who ever shat on Elon on poal / voat etc saying he wouldn't free speech there should know the gallows are being setup.

Maybe we'll see integration with twitter die and google, facebook, phones etc will integrate with the other. I don't think it will bode well with the huge wake up call it'll be to so many twitter users. As they probably aren't anywhere near all raging leftists.

I'm actually surprised FB and Google haven't made their own twitter-alike yet, especially Google. One could argue Facebook's feed is close enough to Twitter they don't want to divide their user base, but Google has no social network. They flopped hard with +, and just haven't done social media since.
