Outside of word of mouth, the power to create a celebrity lies in the medium used to display them. Delete Instagram, and suddenly nobody's influencing shit, and your average internet roastie becomes uninteresting again.
The "celebrities" I've been following for many many years now have been engineering/physics/tech/automotive nerds on the intertubes.
I find it funny that I know I could get that "starstruck" feeling if I ever ran across one IRL, for example the dude Dave Jones from EEVBLOG or that guy Shelby from Tech Tangents, or Matt O'dowd from Space Time. Many others.
But I'd get sick to my stomach, so to speak, if I encountered a traditional TV/Movie/Music Band celebrity IRL, as they deserve nothing but contempt for the damage they've helped cause.
I disagree, it's just a period fo transition to internet (((influencers))).
Huh? Let me clue you in on something.
Hollywood jews hire and promote celebrities.
