I don't condone abortion at all.

But I think this is clearing decks to legalise otherwise illegal surveillance.

I think that ship sailed a long time ago. Doctors have been compelled to gather and report all kinds of non-medical information for years. Just like banks and apps like Venmo, they will bend to the will of the Fed out of fear for their livelihoods.
