Nothing can make Jimmy Carter look good. Carter is an honest man, more or less, and he meant well, but he was totally useless as the leader of a nation. He couldn't make hard decisions.

Definitely! He even makes Obama look good and I never thought that would be possible. I remember when Carter was potus, dispairing I'd never be able to afford owning my own home or property. Mortgage rates were like 15%.

Were you around for the Carter years? I mean, he's well on the way to outdoing Carter, but has not yet reached Carter levels of economic disaster but he's working as hard as he can to surpass it ASAP. The coming midterm elections be damned! Then the Dems will have to cheat even harder than in 2020.
