You'd think the artist would have actually read Revelation 6. Pestilence is not its own rider, and the horses aren't even the right colors.

The horses are:

  1. White Horse - The Crowned Conqueror (Rev 6:1)

  2. Red Horse - (Often called War) - the one who takes away peace. (6:2)

  3. Black Horse - Poverty / famine. (6:5)

  4. Pale Horse - Death. (6:7)
