Well, I'm just going to take a page from the message I'm told by the Media and the Government when I worry about Illegals and brown people flooding my country - Brown and Black Bears are just as valid and vital to the Arctic as are Polar Bears, and there's no real concern with the drop in the population of Polar Bears in their native lands, as replacement populations of Brown and Black Bears are welcome and of the same value. Diversity in Bears is the Arctic's greatest strength.
