These are the ingredients you need. Pork loin. Brown sugar. Granulated garlic. Garlic bulb optional. Onion. Sweet baby Ray's honey bbq sauce. I don't have measuring cups so this is all eyeball. Take brown sugar and granulated garlic and rub into pork loin and let sit over night. Chop up half a garlic bulb real fine so it melts in the pot. Throw that shit in there for 8 hours on low and around 7 hours break up and let the innards cook in the juices. Oh and pro tip if you stick it in the fridge for a day it is twice as good as when it comes out

This is a great meat dish for large parties. I know a lady who has a bunch of kids. Seems like every May she's hosting a high school graduation party. The night before the party she preps four to five large crock pots and then in the morning turns them on, by the time the afternoon ceremony is over the pork is done, stir and serve. She places them on a long table with extension cords and few easy salads next to them. It's impressive and extremely easy for a party.
