Soft sourdough bread

I didn't know sourdough could be tasty and also chewable without having the teeth of a grazing ungulate.

In celebration of this discovery I made a delicious ham sandwich.

Lightly toasted bread Mayo Good mustard, preferably strong and from a jar Mozzarella, a 'plain' cheese to let the other flavors shine Sliced tomato (salted and peppered as desired) Thin sliced smoked ham

I think chewy sourdough is from a whole wheat flour. Also fuck grains. I'm off to eat cheese on it's own. And sleep.
