This stuff is like instant marinade. No need to leave soaking for more than a few minutes. It has a salty/savory flavor. I dont like a lot of seasonings on a good cut of steak but this stuff is excellent. Good on all meat. Ive even tried it on grilled veggies. It only takes a little bit to do the job

Its gone man lol. The tender side melted in my mouth. Im adjusting to a new grill so I overcooked it a bit but damn it was excellent

Can’t wait to have a grill on my deck. Before summer is out I’ll have one. That looks like a porter house or a tbone either way that small part is basically filet. Good stuff not sure there is anything better.

Those are my 2 favorite cuts. I hardly ever buy anything else. Its a t-bone. My brother just gave me this brand new stainless steel RV type grill. Had to make a handle. Best one I ever owned
