Blaukraut? I haven't really developed a taste for fermented food. I eat it because it is healthy, but only really because. I have begun to appreciate kraut as a condiment to sausage.
If you have some tasty sauerkraut it tastes good with beef and pork. I've never particularly cared for store bought sauerkraut.
Agreed. I really only eat what my wife makes.
