Chops were great...salt pepper garlic powder and paprika...then flour, egg wash and bread crumbs...fried in olive oil and butter..finished in oven..just in case...salad was simple mixed greens sliced apple and tomatoes...simple dressing...my purple onion was rot..

Breading a bone-in always annoyed me, because the breading tends to hide the bone. So where the fuck do I cut first? Shit, I hit the bone. Better try again.
