Chops were great...salt pepper garlic powder and paprika...then flour, egg wash and bread crumbs...fried in olive oil and butter..finished in oven..just in case...salad was simple mixed greens sliced apple and tomatoes...simple dressing...my purple onion was rot..

Sounds tasty as all hell.

I miss from my childhood is fried Lambchops, but I never see them in stores anymore and they were so good.
