Chops were great...salt pepper garlic powder and paprika...then flour, egg wash and bread crumbs...fried in olive oil and butter..finished in oven..just in case...salad was simple mixed greens sliced apple and tomatoes...simple dressing...my purple onion was rot..

I think your right...that is better than any oil period.

I think real olive oil may be the exception, I honestly don't know.
