Don't forget next month!

I was thinking of that. Spam is pure processed El Porko. Kind of the crack of pork products.

It's the same shit as the fast food joint's chicken nuggets with tons of sodium.

Edit: You were talking about Spam, I thought you were commenting on Country Fried Steak. Spam is seriously processed food, and I am sure they probably use a similar water jet de-boning method to get the good pork grizzles for it.

Original reply- Right. I'm sure the commercial stuff is loaded with MSG and other chemical treats for your system. I rarely even do fried food at all these days, but a Country Fried Steak, Mashed taters and plenty of Country Gravy sounds darned good right now. I really am going to try doing it at home, at least the grease will be the worst thing in it that way.

Pure sodium? Must be pretty desiccated because if there were any moisture present, there would surely be a pretty spectacular explosive chemical reaction with the sodium.
