Here in Hawaii you can get Spam, eggs, and rice at McDonald's, I love it

WTF, I love McD's now.

I usually just make it at home, bcuz the price has skyrocketed to about 8 bucks for 1 dollar worth of food

Ya, twas but a joke about McD's. I think the last time I ate there was at least a decade ago and I was on the road and wanted a quick breakfast. I should have stopped and ate my McMuffin right on the toilet because my bowels were boiling about thirty seconds after I tossed it down.

Haha, I was thinking about that when I posted this. Haven't seen this idiocy in years, forgot all about the Vikings.

Don't forget next month!

I was thinking of that. Spam is pure processed El Porko. Kind of the crack of pork products.

It's the same shit as the fast food joint's chicken nuggets with tons of sodium.

Edit: You were talking about Spam, I thought you were commenting on Country Fried Steak. Spam is seriously processed food, and I am sure they probably use a similar water jet de-boning method to get the good pork grizzles for it.

Original reply- Right. I'm sure the commercial stuff is loaded with MSG and other chemical treats for your system. I rarely even do fried food at all these days, but a Country Fried Steak, Mashed taters and plenty of Country Gravy sounds darned good right now. I really am going to try doing it at home, at least the grease will be the worst thing in it that way.

Pure sodium? Must be pretty desiccated because if there were any moisture present, there would surely be a pretty spectacular explosive chemical reaction with the sodium.

Damn I love spam and grits. Miss southern cooking too. May need a trip to cracker barrel just for the country fried steak and turnip greens with pork in em

Grits loaded with bacon and cheese salt and pepper served with a sirloin.

Daaaaammmnn. Now I'm hangry!

I like butter and sugar. They call that a hanging offense in mississippi tho. May make a trip back down there

Quit frying steak! This is a sin in my neck of the woods.

Country Fried Steak

Man, that''s something I have not had in years. Never tried it at home, I may have to look into it. You just hammer tenderize a cheap thin steak and batter fry it I think.

Yeah, flank steak I believe. Don't forget the gravy
