My method: Put 2-3 cups of water and the flavor pack in a pan and heat to boil with a lid. Add any onions or celery, etc. you want in there at this time as well. After it is boiling, snap the noodles in half and put them in and put the lid back on. After a minute or two, stir the noodles around to get the uncooked ones in the water. At this point put the eggs in. This batch was three. Cover again and boil until the eggs are done to your liking, maybe five minutes. Pour in bowl and eat. Hot, Good, Cheap, and Fast.

I do this for my kids often, I usually slice up a baby carrot and throw it in, and a green onion too. Then after you put it in the bowl, drizzle just a bit of sesame oil over the top. I only cook the eggs for two minutes or so so the yolk is just a little soft. It’s a great meal for a pinch.

Ya, the 5 minutes I said is probably too long. I guess it is more like 2-3 minutes to get them with a soft yolk, which is what I had here.
