Try another browser. It’s probably an extension (recent update?) blocking the voting JS function.
Try to upvote and check out your browser’s console log for any error.
It's still broken for some reason for me.
Did you try another device? Another network?
Strangely as I reply to post replies I upvote. The number over the icon envelope goes down as I upvote but the arrow doesn't change color, so the upvote works but the color change isn't working on my end. It's my browser most likely.

I only run ublock origin and nothing has changed...still can't up or down vote.

The most likely culprits for a generic “ns is not available”:
Browser Extensions (Most Common)
NoScript Extension: The highly popular security extension NoScript uses an internal ns object to handle script blocking and guards. If it crashes, conflicts with an antivirus (like Bitdefender), or fails to initialize, it throws global ns is not defined errors in your browser console.
Ad Blockers / Tracking Guards: Some custom privacy extensions inject a namespace (ns) to intercept network requests.
You can try to Whitelist poal.co in your uBlock Origin extension and/or use Incognito/Private Mode. Open and log in to Poal in an Incognito window with all extensions disabled. If the error vanishes, a browser extension (like NoScript) is the culprit.
You can simply try another browser with no extensions first. Clear the caches too.
