It works when you press the preview button. The image is enlarged as expected. It also works when you initially post the comment, but after a reload it goes back to being small. I also noticed if I go back into the thread or refresh the page for a split second the image is displayed very large. With or without the "#". Same behavior on mobile and desktop.
