I found a new O'Keefe article I wanted to post. I did a title search of /s/All for O'Keefe, the newest entry found was 22 days ago,

So, not finding a duplicate, I posted my post - https://poal.co/s/BasedMedia/705833.

Later I review the /s/New page and discover this O'Keefe news item (from a different source) was previously posted 3 hours ago - https://poal.co/s/StateofCorruption/705807

... yet the search function missed it. Both titles contain O'Keefe but still the search tool overlooks them.

Any ideas? I figured the new page covered all subverses. Maybe the ' is screwing the search? The post from 22 days ago also has a ' and search found it, so that doesn't seem to be the case.

I just retried the exact same O'Keefe search, same Silk browser, and now it works like it should (pic8.co).

WTF? What changed?

Nope, nothing has changed. Your search results are still missing about 20 posts (probably from blocked users/subs).

I just reverified. I have 0 Blocked users, 0 blocked subs according to my profile.

I do remember a POAL subscription option from years ago, a list of all subs alphanumericly listed and user is allowed to subscribe/unsubscribe each sub. It was a lengthy and tedious process so I think I gave up subscribing to specific subs, ended up subscribing to all IIRC. Is that subscription function still available? I looked around but didn't stumble upon it. It is possible I am not subscribed to every sub yet I am able to see them in /s/all and post to them. Could the search be dependent upon subscribed subs only?

Thoughts?

Subscriptions have no effects on search results. I need to check again, but I’m pretty sure the search also skips posts from users that have you blocked.

I’ve got a bad flu so bear with me, I’ll check that out later.
