The left and right single quote in the second set of quotes? Edit: Yep. Swapped them for simple single quotes and worked.

Yes, I've gotten this too today for the first time. It might have something to do with the update last night, I don't know. I'm still upset about losing my one and only two mate owl badge! Last night, I've disabled an entire range of unicode characters accepted by the title because someone thought they were a hacker for using non displayable/printable unicode character sets.

I'll customize the regex to whitelist all the regular ones we've been using and you'll be able to Make the Title Great Again.

The other site strips them and responds like it was an error letting you know it stripped them so you know to go edit if needed. Can just put the stripped version back in the same error reply with error different message. Or do it by stripping them all, and compare. If not equal then error message. Most can just hit the button again.
