Did I do something wrong, or is it because of the linked domain? The format has worked on a different link domain before but not this time. Not shown is I originally had "Here's" and the apostrophe rendered as unicode for that character.

I think that is specifically that subs CSS that is causing it but I could be wrong @AOU
