I think there are times when it is appropriate for a Mod to want to sticky a comment on a post. Things like "Careful: attempting this could be dangerous." I got to thinking this when I read and I wanted to sticky a comment saying "Please don't do this unless you want to get arrested."

Maybe not a sticky but some kind of indicator

You can. Just open link comment selection, select 'Make Sticky' and answer yes once the link has been posted.

I'm not sure I understand... the only 'Make Sticky' option I see is to make the post a sticky post in the sub. I am talking about a way to make a comment sticky in the post.
