I'm using Chromium... when i click a link on poal it opens within the tab i clicked from. Within Chromium settings i have it set to open in new tab. is this a site side thing causing this to happen?

There's a box to tick enabling "open external links in a new window" in the settings, so it's likely.

that box is in fact... ticked :/
