my suggestion that you can't block someone you've interacted with in the last 24hrs.

So if someone replies to you or pings you once per day, you can never block them?

That's not you interacting. I mean someone you've replied to, downvoted, etc.

Interesting. So were someone to desire to block you mid-argument, they’d have to wait a day before getting in the last word.
