When you're viewing poal on the small screen (such as a phone), 'submit a post' links appear below the submissions.
That makes sense until you realize /all or the front page autoscroll, making it nearly impossible to catch those links before they disappear. Instead you have to go to a sub (which won't autoscroll) and then find the submission buttons.
I know you have a long list. Might be something to consider adding.
