Update New global post sorting for home and /all (UPDATE: comment threads just got the same feature!)

You can now set the default post (and also comment) sorting in your user preferences (Hot, New, Pop, Top) for when you'll click on your HOME and/or ALL, as well as Poal logo.

That post sorting feature doesn't override sub's default one set by owners/mods.

So, if I opt to sort by new on a sub that default sorts by hot, does the individual sub save my settings when I go back, or do I have to select new every time?

I usually focus on all/new anyway, so that’s less of a problem, but if my preference is always overridden every time I visit a sub, I’ll certainly be less likely to go back.
