Closed Captcha not loading

When I go to post I get a message the captcha is invalid. It is not showing any captcha and there was no problem yesterday.

Read the error message again.

Try to keep the "Post Content" field empty.

OK I think I see what is wrong, I have never seen this problem before and it seems to cause strange reactions to my post being too big.

Just tried twice "test test" one with content and one without under subverse "anything" it worked but did not ask for captcha.
