Example, the sticky about getting chat working.

Up voted it. Scrolled down and saw the non sticky version with green up vote. Later refreshed and green upvote on sticky was gone. Thought I forgot to upvote so upvoted (resulting in removing my original vote). Did another refresh and confirmed that the non stickied post shows correct green/non green based on if it was up voted or not. Sticky is the only thing affected.

I can't reproduce this error on the poalpi.

Votes on announcements remain (green up arrow).

Might be a problem with the database. Back it up and try repairing it.
