Edit: I think maybe it fails to count the vote, too. So it's more than just a display ~~problem~~ feature.

I see this problem on a regular browser if I have the tab open too long. I'm not a programmer, but it seems to be associated with a disconnection or timeout of the push notifications.

Could there be some issue with an android setting that disconnects push notifications? Just something to try, hope it helps.
