If you upvote something, the arrow goes green. If you refresh the page, it will stay green to indicate that you've already voted on it. However, the announcement sticky doesn't save the choice like other posts. It will be grey after refreshing the page. If clicked again, it will remove your upvote and stay grey. Repeat until insanity sets in.
