Enough has come out about it that it's really not even a theory at this point. Israel has a nuclear arsenal. It's part of the reason Iran is desperate for one... although they may be further along then we think at any rate.

Yeah, the genie's been outta the bottle for years. I wouldn't doubt Iran has the capability, though they say no ... now that would be a better question, does Iran or don't they.
